Lapsation of my policy no 00608271

Dear Sir,

My above Life time policy no 00608271 was unpaid since long. I tried to contact your customer service but was told that it has lapsed. I wanted to pay the outstanding payment but on exploring online, was not able to get record for the above policy. Please update me as to how can I revive the same. In case it cannot be done please arrange to refund my paid premiums along with whatsoever more I have earned till date.
