ECS duduction even after SIP closure for 1 yea

Complaint No 8001300467 (ICICI Mutual fund)

In spite of SIP cancellation with effect from 11th Feb Rs 1000.00 per month were deucted by ICICI Mutual fund from my account, for one complete year. Total Rs 12000.00 were additionally deducted from my account, and I got RS 7000 refund till date, after repeated follow ups.

I had to submit a letter to my bank through ICICI Mutual fund office, to stop ECS. Till date, I have not received any written letter / mail from ICICI Mutual fund, indicating the time frame for resolving the problem.
