Not getting letter for tax free status of the amt withdrawn from lifetime policy

I, Sandip Raghuvanshi, had paid 40, 000.00 as yearly premium in the Lifetime policy of ICICI PRU Insurance co. (policy no. 00727492) for four year. after completing the 3 year lock-in period in 5'th year I withdrew the full amt, i.e. Rs. 2, 15, 926.29.

Now my CA asks me to get the proof for the amt. to be tax free, as told orally by company people while buying the policy. But even if I submitted a written application at company's Kothrud, pune office in Nov. 2010 & many emails to company, I've not recd any letter or mail from the company. the funny part is at the company office everybody was surprised to see this part missing from policy document. PLEASE HELP.
