Cancelation of policy under freelook period

My name is ashok kumar sharma.after telephonic conversation from mr.neeraj pandey seenior manager of the company, i have purchase two policies under guranteed maturity saving plan one for my self & and other for my wife.before purchasing the policies mr.neeraj pandey assured me regarding various feature of the policies but when we received the welcome kit, policy documents&plicybonds, there is nothing in the policy documents.so, we both apply for the cancelation of the policies and refund our money under freelook period on 11/01.but, today, the local manager of the company informed me that our request for cancelation of policies may not be accepted because the request is time barred.how it is possible because freelook period is 15 days from the receipt of welcome kit& we received the welcomkit from the local brach of the company on 06/01.so, please, look in the matter and arrange to fulfil our request.my email id is jane9349@gmail.com.
