Cheating in Payment on surrende

Dear Sir,

I have taken ICICI Pru.life secured plus pension plan policy No.00633849 in 2004. Paid 7 preimium in time. It has no any sum insured amt or life cover. When visited to their HUB branch at Chandrapur their one of employee cashier when asked about FUND Value told me that It is Rs.111000/- plus Yearly premium was Rs.14000/-I have paid Rs.98000/- towards premium. He told me that their is little groth in fund value it is better to surrender the same, only 5 % will be deducted towards surrender charge. There is no mention of surrender chrge in policy document also.on his belief i have handed over policy & other documents for payment. I was surprised when I came to knew that they have deducted 40% charge & credited only Rs.64829/09 towards payment. I represent them for varification or restoration of policy, however not taken any cognizance. It is clearcut case of cheating with customer.

Pl varify the same & direct insurance company for proper payment.
