Redemption amount not received

Hi,

I have a 4 units of IDBI Infrastructure Bonds (2001B) with face value of Rs.7000 each. The redemption was due on 30th Jul but I have not received the redemption amount till date,

The regd folio number is 10IFB1700912 and certificate number is 010530335. The Bond numbers are 904032, 904033, 904034 and 904035.

I tried to redeem this but was told that the bonds have been already redeemed - I haven't redeemed the bonds and the original bond is still with me!!!

Tried calling IDBI team for help, but to no avail.
