Regd. cash deduction from account

Dear sir

on dated 08 september i went to IDBI ATM IN bihari chowk satna for cash withdrawal but cash not out not received because ATM shown unable to procss TXN.NO. 3539, then i went to AXIS Bank ATM and withdraw Rs. 500 Then after my Balance remaining Rs 9365 when i came back and check balance it was shown Rs.9365/ Regd. this matter i ahd farward complain to IDBI customer care but neither my cash return in my account not tell properly

so please tell if i withdraw Rs. 500/ Then how can deducted Rs. 500 Extra so please check it and do needful
