IDBI Bank
AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT CASH WAS NOT DISPENSED

On 15/12 I tried to withdraw Rs. 500/- from State Bank of India ATM [ s1cc00164003 ], Phaphadih Raipur from my IDBI Bank salary A/C No. 48104000187817. I got "TRANSACTION DECLINED", "UNABLE TO PROCESS", "TXN NO: 5713" slip.

I surprised when I came to know that amount is debited from my account i.e. showing withdrawal of Rs. 500/-. Therefore, I would like to request you to the needful so that the amount (Rs. 500/-) shall be credited back to IDBI salary account, at the earliest.

I went to the SBI Bank to lodge a complaint, he said you have to lodge complaint to IDBI bank. So please take this complaint as soon as possible and resolve the matter.
