Cash not received

I have made a transaction of rs.5000 from idbi atm near model town on 4 march.amount is deducted from my account but i have not received the cash.i have my account in pnb branch and my account number is 4699001500002369 and my atm card number is 5126520034014873.please look forward into the matter and kindly help me to get back my cash.
