Misleadin about disbursement of home loan

With a great resentment I am posting this e-mail with a hope that someone in IDBI Bank will listen my problem. I have applied for home loan six months back and received sanction order on dated 21st October vide ref. no. IDBI/NDA/843/HL/10/4239/DSA-Perfact Wealth Management. Since then neither the IDBI Bank nor Perfact Wealth Management responding even their mobile / land line phone are not reachable. When we made a contact with some of their employees, they have told us that the loan is disbursed. Whereas Gaur Sons Hitech Infrastructure Ltd. informed that till today they have not received any D.D./Cheque from IDBI Bank. Please let us know the current status of my home loan. Details are as under:-

Loan applied - Rs. 12 lacs, Processing Fees deducted Rs. 5, 515/-

Document submitted - Original Allotment Letter, 29 signed cheques
