Increase in EMI for loan account no. 039675100033044 (Anil Jain)

Hi,

I have sent several mails to Customer Care department of Bank however I am not getting any response on my request. The mail sent to customer care with a cc to Operations Manager Mr. Sujeet Kumar is pasted below for ref.:-

I have availed the above mentioned loan for Rs. 41.41 Lacs in the month of August. Initially the loan was disbursed at ROI of 9% which has been increased by IDBI Bank from time to time and now the latest ROI is 10.5%.

I understand that this incraese is dependent upon the market conditions, however if I compare my EMI at the time of disb. v/s my EMI applicable from April there an increase in monthly EMI for Rs. 5085/-. At the time of disbursement my EMI was Rs. 36248/- which is now revised to Rs. 41333/-.

I do not have any concern about incraese in ROI, however being a salaried person it is very difficult for me to pay the extra monthly burden of Rs. 5085/- that too in same financial year where I have not got any incraese in my monthly income. Since I am 33 years of age, I still have 27 years to retire from the job.

Hence I request you to please increase the tenure of loan instead of increasing the EMI so that I may be comfortable in repaying the EMI well on time and in regular course.

I hope you will consider my request and revise my EMI to lowest possible by increasing the tenure of loan.
