Insurance bond not received

Sub: Non Issue of Original Bond of policy No. 4000021492

We made an insurance policy with IDBI Fedral in the month of June. The

Policy Bond of the same was supposed to be issued by the month of

August of but unfortunately till date neither we have received

the bond of the above policy, nor any correspondence from the company side in

this regard. Accordingly, on discussion with their customer care on their toll free no., they told us that the policy bond of the same was dispatched at our address

. Further they have also provided us the solution in case where the policy document has not received by the customer. They suggested us to give an indemnity bond along with the request letter for the issue of the original policy bond.

Accordingly, i sent the indemnity bond along with the request letter to the company address on 13.07.2011 by means of speed post, which was received by the company on 22.07.2011 as told by Mr. Bhushan on 04.08.201, ticket no. of the conversation of that day is 1683139, on that day he told me that the document will be dispatched within 7 to 8 working days. After waiting for two weeks i again called to the customer care and talked to Mr. Vijay and expalined him the total case but he said that he will call be back after getting the response from company side, but he dint gave me a call.

Finally, after all this i am feeling that the company has cheated me by taking my money as a premium amount, and issuing the document against that.

Therefore, i request you for your intervention in the matter so that i can get my money back.
