Unauthorized activation of Voice Chat Service

Sir I'm been using IDEA prepaid call services from many months. From past 4 months 30 rupees has been deducting each and every month towards IDEA VOICE CHAT MONTHLY SERVICE, I never ever requested for for activation for this services, but still IDEA people activated this services and they are deducting the money through my mobile balance. (this month it is deducting twice); despite of repeatedly calling to customer care and spending money on talking with them seems to be no use. My mobile number is 9964532118. I'm really disappointed with service and continuously losing money on this regard. So, hope through this complaints i will get proper response. thanking you.
