Charging of background music

Contineous cahrging of rs 20/- per month for background music without my request and without giving the service from last 5--6 months. after talking to customer care various times i sent a sms DEACTBGM to 12345 on 24-02 2011 which is still not rectified and charging the same (last charged on 20-04) pl.de actvate my socalled request and refund au authorised charges debited to my a/c. my no is 09826531162
