Wrong deduction of moner from account

I am exiting customer of Idea cellular, Last month company activated a caller tune without my permission and deduct moner from my main account, which i was de- activated without any refund they de-activate the same. But as on 20.01.2010 once more time account debited with aroud 30 Rupees. when I talk to Idea customer care they reply the deduction made due to caller tune, I asked him that i have no any active caller tune.but he refused and said it was done for the same and put off my call. What can I do for that???
