Deduction of unnecessary charges

Dear Sir,

I had Idea GSM service. No. is 9924493428. i desire activate Diller tone service. For this service, i h'v contact to Customer Care and through customer care i got activate DT. However, i paid for this service approx. Rs.45 and after week they h'v deducted Rs.6 more and once more time Rs.6 was deducted. Against which, we have several time contact to Custom representitive and they behave like rude. Finally, they are not attend my call. So please do the needful and oblige.
