Unknowingly deduction of balance from my account

Dear sir,

It is quite rediculous that first time in my life i trusted idea for day to day calls, but it went into the drain. I can say it is the worst compared to other networks, unknowingly they are deducting my balance of almost 110 or 120 RS every month.

On complaining there is no response from customer care side, making some funny reasons that data is not available or some bull shit.

Its a waste of money, if anyone chooses or goes for IDEA, it will really change ur life, and will take u to hell.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK CONNECTION TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS
