Unnecessary made subscription of mymusic 49 and deducting Rs.49 from my account mobile no.9826078630

Mobile no.9826078630 of idea. I received a message on 14/09 at 5:51am that your subscription to my music is activated @Rs.49 for 1 month and deducted the same amount from my account. Immediately I sent them a message to deact DT DEACT TO 55456, in response of that i got a message that your request for Vas deactivation is under process and would be actioned within 16/09/10 at 10:20 am SR.No.

1-10501312296. Meanwhile I also coplained to idea indore office but their software was not functioning so they assured me that it would be done and Rs.49 will be credited back to your acc ount but till date

i din't get this money in my account back.

This is really very torturing. I wasted my time and enegy and money all togethe and nothing happened.

Without my consent How they can provide the services and can deduct the money dirctlly.

Please look in to this matter seriously and respond.
