Wrong deduction

My no is 9767699078. let me remind you i am not aditya Birla son or ambani son so that whenever i recharge you people simply subscribe me unwanted services. tel me why should i use makeup tip n extra.. i have complained many times about it to your customercare n and also visited to your service outlet but no use. why u people need to cheat upon customer. I seriously hate Idea now. Return my money back for wrong deduction. And this is happening for past one year from the time am using your service. Enough is enough .. I need my money back..Am also going to complaint to consumer court (act) regarding this. I have so many proof against you people and so many student who are using ur service have complaint against it, its of no use.. tel me one thing will you all me use ur service free of cost or tell how would you feel when someone deduct some amount from yours salary every time.. treat your customer well. my email id is liaquat_1904@yahoo.com.. i want my money back with explanation.
