WAP CHARGES

In my last bill, I have been charged wrongly for WAP uses for 100 RS. It has happened in past when I was charged 40 Rs. But I ignored that.. Since I have two phones one without internet capabilities which I use in office, I am sure Idea has charged me wrongly. Also when i called customer care, they told they cant do anything. When I asked to remove the WAP services, they told they cant do that either.

This is cheating by IDEA.
