Idea celluars fraudulent way of deducting balance

Dear sir/ma'am,

My balance of Rs. 75 was deducted from IDEA prepaid on 13/07 around 9.21 am. The message I got from IZ-ideaCMS is as follows:

IZ-ideaCMS: Dear Customer,

thank you for downloading CONTENT PACKAGE from Nazara.

You have been charged Rs. 75

while i have not open any site neither download any thing.

when i wanted to talk to customer care they are not picking my calls

Sir/Ma'am, please look into the matter for refund. I'll be truly grateful to you.
