Regarding deduction of money

Sir,

This is bring to your kind notice that I, P.K. Roy, a class 1 govt. officer in Delhi Transport Corporation has got idea cellular service from department itself. But some nuisance CRICKET service has been activated without any prior notice to me. I have talked to the customer care of Idea Cellular about that and also did what they told to me to stop receiving umwanted messages.. They give the assurance of fixing this problem. But its nearly two months nothindg has been done from them and still i receive those messages. It creates a big problem during any confidential meeting. Sir, it is my request to take necessary action about it at the earliest.
