GPRS Charge

Dear sir..

subject: unauthorized GPRS Charge

I have idea postpaid card connection last three months, but last bill period 25Novmber 2011 to 24 December inculde GPRS charges 117.42 rupees and give me bill but actual i have my cell phone not support for GPRS service, then can't possible GPRS use... i was personal meet customer care center (new cg road idea cellular branch) talk with executive but no response me and suggests me dial 198 complain number i am calling customer care and talk with executive but there not response for me... and i m feel shameless and heart please help me and unauthorized charge refund me

i was pay bill 1300rs dated 07/01,

bill 1366.07

sir if you help me and my unauthorized GPRS charge refund 117.42 rs.
