Regarding deduction of balance

I am a customer of idea cellular since last 3 years. My number 9891585609 .I dont want any type of service and registered me DND..The company automatically started any scheme in my mobileand deduct balance by saying that it will deactivate after12 hours or diel 12345ya any other no. telling by them. After talking custmer care balance deduct.
