AMOUNT DEBITING FOR EVERY 10 TO 15 DAYS

Sir,

I am V.Surendranath, For the last 3 months i am facing a lot of problems from unauthorized charges from idea services. Where i am utilizing this number from September.

When ever i am giving call to customer care for the last 3 months till now my phone was not connected to customer care service.

Comparing to other network services i am not satisfied your offers.

If i didnt get any correct or clear explanation i will change my network within a couple of days.
