Dear Sir,

My Mobile Number is 7860799675..

I have taken a new connection of idea & recharged Rs.21 for gprs But they have charged unnecessarliy Rs 66 & they are not picking up complaint & saying that I have downloaded from internet & they have charged for it but this is not true.

I have only surfed the internet but still they are saying that it was charged correctly & they are not refunding my money also. I have even contacted Nodal officer also but he has not told me anything..

So, Sir I kindly request you to take serious action about the cellular company & refund my money back...
