Unnecessary subscribing special packs

I have Idea Cellular Connection since last 3 yrs., Firstly they unnecessary disturbs by doing calls regarding their special packs and plans. And Subscribe them without giving proper details and this is second time that they subscribe me their pack without giving proper information and even i am not interesting to subscribe those pack. Kindly submit a complaint and resolve it.
