From last few months i am just feed up with the service from idea... unknowingly at any time they activated any kind of services on my cell no... when we asked them to deactivate then they cant ..as lastly on 3oth december ihave registered my complanit they provide me complaint number 120573377184..and said your problem will be resolved on 2nd jan..after that we ll make a call to them on 5th jan still same answer under process... and finally on 1oth jan one one executive ramesh-rawata01 call me and said your problem has been resolved and your balance has been credited into your account and same while i have received an sms for that problem has been resolved but nothing has happened... again i have called them on 11th jan one of the executive Gurjeet behaved very rudely and said we cant refund you... so please help me in resolving this...
