Does not stick to the commitments

This packers co, has called me and requested me to give them the order of local relocation within Bangalore. I have placed a request through Justdail.com, hence this request came in. The guys form the co. were very friendly and nice till the order was confirmed.

On the date of relocation, 2 members from the packing co. arrived at my place. too the entire day to pack the goods (as against 2 hours as discussed) and finished loading and unloading around 11 pm and was demanding extra money for the late work and moving goods to the higher floor than discussed (the packer guy was claming to be discussed for second floor and actual movement was done to 7th floor). To note: the apartment has a high speed service lift which takes 10 seconds to reach 7th floor and the packers have used that. Further they have delayed the entire process by 6 hours due shortage of staffs working on this and shortage of packing materials..

Post this even the team were demanding more money and not in a position to do unpacking which is part of the agreed cost and was not in a position to provide the service tax - invoice which was demanded.

I found the team from packing co. to be rude and mis behaving on telephonic discussion even after taking all the money which was due to them. Is there any code of conduct for these guys? Niranjan
