Paid msgs inspite of msg pack activation

My no. is 9592384844.

it has been one week since i activated my message pack n still i am bearing charges for the messages i send. i have been calling the customer care regularly for this since last week but they always request to wait for 24 hours. even after waiting for the said time, there is no effect on the service & messages are still being charged for.

the compliant is not being considered at all. company says that there is some technical problem but refuse to tell how much time will they take to solve this problem. such negligence on part of the company is causing a lot of inconvenience to the customers. it is a sort of cheating the customers.

they say the balance will be reimbursed but 2 weeks ago also this problem was there & my balance was not reimbursed.

there is an urgent need to look into this matter by the concerned authorities.
