Deduction of balance without prior information

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My mobile no is 8108735758 and I had registered a complaint with your customer care today stating that my 98/- Rs was deducted while I was sending sms. The response which I received from the executive had no base. They said that I have activated my GPRS and hence my balance was deducted.

I have never made any usage of your internet plans since I have switched to Idea, but still my balance is deducted automatically and this is not the first instance when my balance was deducted. And now I was deducted Rs 1:50/- (when for STD it is 1:20/-) for my smses when there are some initial 35 smses free. And on complaining again your executive said that they have no information with them. There is no initiative seen from your executive/s side I had to take this step to mail you.

Hope that you will take your customers seriously and look into this matter and do the needfull.
