I am using idea mobile prepaid service very long.i had recarge so many times with rs.99=00. every time retailer charge and balance add in my mobile.but yesterday 4/12/10 .i charge with same rs.99=00.but i am socked that sms was your inernetconeection is activated. all rs.trasfer to scheme. I never use this facility and inever asking for same.so they have no right to use my balance like this without any permission or any information. THESE IS CHEATING. FROM IDEA COMPANY.I CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY PEPOLE DOING HIDE AND SEEK GAME TOME ALMOST AND HOUR.I SAID U PEOPLE TAKE MONEY IN NO SECONDS.CUSTOMER CARE EXEC.HAVE NO RIGHTS TO TRANSFER THIS TO MY BALANCE.THEY SAID NO TO ME. I THINK THAT RS.99=00 IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT LACS OF CUSTOMER OF IDEA SEVICE.SO MANY ILLETERATEAND POOR PEOPLE.THEY RECHARGE.WITH RS.99=00 DIRECTELY THIS GOING TO INTERNET ACTIVATED.NO BALANCEFOR TALKTIME.NO CONSENT TAKEN FOR CUSTOMER.SO.KONDLY FOCUS THIS ISSUE TO ALLOVER.SO MANY RUPEES THEFT FROM PUBILC.
