IFB/washing machine
Not getting documents

Dear Sir,

I had purchesed one washing machne of IFB make through bajaj finance in the month of March.

Than one of your excutive ask me over phone to make an insurence with this loan and he told me that he will add the insurence premeum with the Loan EMI and send the documentiaon of insurence to my residence through Speed Post. Now the premium has deducted but unfortunately no documentation has reached so far.

In this situation from next month I will stop the EMI payment, If i can not get the document of the Insurence.
