Dear sir/madam,
1. I got my Car polic y re-newed on 10 Jul and i was given policy No 76985265 by SMS on my mob no 09635090445 and insurance was expiring on 16 Jul (Mid Night).
2. I was told that i will be delivered with soft copy and hard copy in next 14 working days of new policy. There after even after lapse of more than one month i contacted IFFCO TOKIO twice on toll free No 18001035499 and answer remained the same that i will be delivered with policy letter. I was given the complaint No 1-1655623767 on 7 Aug. However that fact is i have not been delivered policy letter and when i ask about this complian no ststus; i m told that it is not respondingand on lodging new complaint i m not given any new complaint number.
3. It is requested that suitable action be taken against the company for such harassment and necessary instruction be passed for delivery of policy letter.
