Non-receipt of policy documents

Sir, I have booked renewed insurance of my car bearing no. DL4CND 8399 vide Covernote no. 72043381and paid the full amount, in advance i.e. on 16/04 vide cheque no. 76888 amounting to Rs. 8099. Insurance of my vehicle was falls due on 25/04. The said cheque has already been cleared from my account. It is very unfortunate that despite repeated request on telephone no. 9716923611 to one Sh Deepak, Agent of the company, I have not received the policy documents so far. Kindly look into the matter without delay or I am going to file complaint in consumers courts against the company for delaying and making me harrassed throuh its agent.
