Over charged and they say it is computer erro

To whomsoever it concerns in tnt

please take action. we sent goods from bangalore to hyderabad. mannequins which weighs only 15 kgs per box. we have sent 5 boxes. they have over charged for these boxesi.e.; rs.15000.we are doing business from 18 yrs with different courier services. even tnt. usually they charge between rs.600 to 800 per box. but now they say due to computer error or some billing error the goods is showing 2 tonnes. the size of each box is 20"*20", length 50". the problem here is nobody is taking responsibility.i have been calling from over 1 week.spoke to tnt bangalore- pinky.she is saying she is not responsible.spoke to karthik, he said he will get back which never happened.called today, he is on leave.spoke to another lady called taj and suda.they have given sharmila balamurgan's name. again, she too is on leave.called back again.this time i have been asked to email syed touseef, team leader. god knows which team.so what is happening to tnt.should i go to consumer court?
