Income tax refund not recieved for year 2010

Dear Sir

I havenot received my Income tax refund for the year 2010 inspite of repeated reminders and follow ups with IT office.

the status shows account closed though my account is very much active and open!

previous to 2009 and later to 2009 i received refunds for 2010 is not credited for no reason specified. i visited IT office multiple times in bangalore but of no help. current complaint letter ref is 218/GC/L/CIT-V/11-12/W-14 (3) Dt. August 23.

i request your kind intervention in resolving this and hlep me get my refund back for the year 2010. please let me know if you need my PAN number.
