Comments:

Being a very senior citizen of 87 years of age, at time of filing my gross total income of Rs. 1, 87, 696.00 was well below the exemption limit of 2, 40, 000 for SENIOR CITIZENS. I run my life on interest earned.

The amount of TDS I am claiming is Rs. 724/-

Due to non receipt of your computation / intimation over a long period, I telephonically requested CPC Bangalore for a hard copy which was finally received at my address only in the middle of June. This was referred to the TRP Mr. Vivek V. Thatte for from dhanvriddhi.com., mobile no. 9821350369, for follow up.

No action or efort to understand the cause of the error and ammend or repay me has been taken by either the TRP or yourselves despite numerous phonecalls. Please appreciate that at my age I am unable to physically run about or know what to do.

I would be highly obliged if you could kindly restore and pay me the due refund of Rs. 724/- and oblige since I fail to comprehend any reason for "no refund due"
