IT refund

I have received IT refund check with wrong account detail.

I have sent back a copy to SBI and IT department for correction,

Now i have not been received any new check and Their representative not responding to the status also and put up the calls saying come personnel and they can not let me know on phone, etc. etc.

I request to provide genuine customer care no with perfect solution for customer.

My IT refund is pending since 10
