Tax refund

I filed the Income tax return of assesment year 09 in Gurgaon office of Income Tax and for assesment year 10 I electronically filed the return duly acknowledging the reciept of the same. My Pan number is AMDPS3885N. I also provided all the details of my bank accounts for transfer of tax refund in these accounts. However after passing of about 2 years I neither recieved tax refund for year 09 nor for the year 10 from the Income tax department. Kindly help me in my tax refund from the income tax department.
