Refund cheque returned undelivered due to wrong address

I have never received the refund cheque of Rs.17 K for my income tax refund for the year 11 . The online refund tracking website shows that the chq was returned undelivered due to wrong address. Actually the cheque was never delivered at this address, now I have written a letter to the department of income tax, to re-despatch the cheque at my new address and its been 1 month since then, still there is no news on my refund cheque. What shall I do now?
