Non receipt of income tax refund

Sir, I am working as Private Secretary to Judge GHigh Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench Lucknow. My PAN No. is AOTPSO 760A and the tax is deducted at source from my salary. For several years excess tax was deducted but its refund has not been paid to me till now.

Following is the detail of the same

For the year 2006 Rs. 1268 excess tax was deducted

For the year 2007Rs. 109/ excess tax was deducted

For the year 2009 Rs. 2544 excess tax was deducted

Several complaints have been made but all went in vain. It is pertinent to mention her that for the years mentioned above, my address has not been changed and still I am living in same accommodation
