Tax Refund AY 10

After a long chase refund for AY 10 was made short by RS 42 and no interest for delayed refund. Complaint to that effect was lodged on July 21st. Prima facie the dealing official was convinced that what we are saying could be right but no action so far. Met the Income Tax Assistant Commissioner Grievances officer Mr S.L. Yadav on September 09 who assured to resolve within a week.

Tried to contact him on phone number 2544574 given by him but no sucess as am told that this number does not belong to him. The Lady answering could not give his number.

Thus this complaint for urgent action
