Not Returning the TDS

Hi this is senthilkumar from Tuticorin.i was worked for National Informatics Centre Tirunelveli through SGC Services Pvt Ltd from the period of jul to dec. My Salary is 9500 but SGC deducted 1000rs as TDS.After Finishing the Services from SGC I Claimed For the Amount that they deducted as TDS.but till now i didnt got the amount back. I got the return amount Statement from IncomeTaxOffice Tuticorin on 2009.

After submitting all the Details Still they are saying some Reasons and avoiding me.i have the statement xerox that was sent from Income Tax Office. What Should i do For This Can you help me in this.
