Not Returning the TDS
Hi this is senthilkumar from Tuticorin.i was worked for National Informatics Centre Tirunelveli through SGC Services Pvt Ltd from the period of jul to dec. My Salary is 9500 but SGC deducted 1000rs as TDS.After Finishing the Services from SGC I Claimed For the Amount that they deducted as TDS.but ...
