INCOME TAX REFUND
Refund cheque returned undelivered

Today when i checked for IT refund status on net i found status as "Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect "

I have enquired at local speed post office and I was told same. Now I am trying to reach SBI call center for refunds at 0802659970 but no one is answereing.

Whom shall I contact to get Ny IT refund, My address is same it has not changed.

Kindly suggest what to do!
