Behaving harsh to customers/Irregular supply

I am here to lodge a complaint on SRI MURUGAN ENTERPRISES, kumbakonam a dealer of Indane gas. I have booked for a cylinder on 22.05.2012 and my customer number is 15998 .But till date i dint get the cylinder till now. When i called the dealer number i got a reply that my booking has been cancelled on 12-06, telling the reason that door has been locked. I don know how come this happen, when i have never left my home locked and went out. Before i re-book the person who attended the call shouted and cut the call. this is not the first time. Getting rid of this. Please take steps to speak polite to the customer. Treat customer good. I can even lodge this same complaint to consumer court.
