No professionalism

I have applied for Home Loans in India Bulls for a month ago. No one has told me the procedure so far. They have not told me what are all the documents are required about the property and about my financial. Every day they will call and ask for a new document and they will say that according to the policy they require it. When there is a policy for the need of that document why do they not inform us initially.

Today they are asking for the Seller's 3 months bank statement. It is really proves they dont know how to do business. I said that there is no dealing with seller and the bank and why should the seller need to give his bank satement? No one knows that answer and they are not showing their policy for requirement of this docuement.

When I met the branch manager he agrees that they are not professionals. And he also says that document is needed but not telling why?

In India how can a person give 3 month bank satement simply to somebody. Is he/she appling for the bank loan? Is he/she signed any document with my bank loan, then why should he/she can give 3 months bank statement.
