Insurance policy cancel, but debited

Dear sir,

i had applied for tata aig insurance through my cel.the company had sent me policy.but before the grace period i had send them email to cancel the policy.same date i had send them back the policy.i dont know why they have debited rs 951 from my icici bank credit card. ple let me know. thank u.
