Non trnafer od demat a/c and non refund of rs 5000/-paid wile opening demat a/c

I had given letter for transfer of my demat a/c from Kolkata to jamshedpur on 07, 11.2007.Tilldate i am not given reply about trnsfer of my dematma/. A deposit of Rs 5000/- was made and as i am not been satisfied with dealing of comapnay i wanted refund of deposit amount with interest. Matter was referred to SEBI, who referred complaint to company. on 01.10.09. but not response by company. My several reminders evoked no response.
